The Future Impact of Toilet Paper with Bazoo
After having graduated from University at the start of a Global Pandemic, Tom and I set out to change the way people view and use toilet paper! I will detail how we landed upon the idea of toilet paper and how through our research we decided to launch Bazoo: the world’s first and only carbon negative toilet paper company, as well as where our mission and vision originated from. We wanted to go further than other sustainable toilet brands already out there, and that is why we offset 200% of our total carbon emissions - but I would love to talk you through how we offset our emissions and what being carbon negative means to us!

Do you know where your money goes? Ethical banking - finding a way to match your money with your morals.
Where the money in your bank actually goes is not something many people think about. The numbers in your account on your banking app are just that. Numbers on a screen. However, traditional banks will use your money, and everyone else’s to invest in companies and projects. This is where those numbers on a screen become less abstract and more of a choice about what you are supporting indirectly with your money. The status quo in traditional finance means investing in many things harmful to the planet, particularly the fossil fuel industry. The latest Banking on Climate Chaos 2021 report finds that Barclays and HSBC are two of the worst fossil fuel financiers in Europe. With ethical banking, you can manage your finances without worrying that your money is supporting industries that damage the environment and practices that are harmful to the world. Green Wallet aims to be at the forefront of ethical banking and allow customers to feel assured that their values are being met with their banking provider.
