Our residential letting management service includes the collection of rents on behalf of the landlord, ensuring that properties are kept in good condition, and the handling of all requests from the tenant. As well as quarterly inspections, the management service liases with our Letting offices to ensure that at the end of each tenancy void periods are kept to a minimum.

An institutional landlord will require a different service to an individual investor, family trust, and overseas landlord.
